FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHERE CAN I FIND A SEATING CHART WITH THE TICKET PRICES?

You can also view it when you are  in the process of purchasing tickets :  In the main reservation page, you will notice a BLINKING " VIEW SECTION MAP" on the upper left hand corner.  This is where you can view the theater seating chart with Ticket Classes. 

2. HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

1.Click on the "Buy Tickets Now" link below

2 On the Next page click on the "click here to reserve" link below any of the OPERAS

3. Select the section and Ticket class in which you would like to purchase from and click on the "LOAD SEAT/SITE MAP"

(YOU CAN ALSO VIEW THE SEATING SECTIONS AND TICKET CLASSES BY CLICKING ON THE BLINKING  "VIEW SECTION MAP" ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER.)

4, PLEASE  NOTE THAT YOU CAN ORDER FOR BOTH OPERAS AT THE SAME TIME- JUST SCROLL DOWN IN THE "SELECT SECTION AND LOAD MAP" BLOCK AND YOU WILL FIND TICKET SELECTION FOR MADAME BUTTERFLY AS WELL. 

5. Select your seats for BOTH OPERAS (if applicable) and then CHECKOUT 

6 Click on calculate Total and proceed to Checkout. Please note that DONATIONS are voluntary.  Nothing will be charged unless you change the quantity from 0 to another number.

7. Choose whether you would like tickets mailed or picked up at the box office (please note that tickets bought 1 week before performance can be picked up only at box office.)  

3. DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT MY E-TICKET

E-tickets will only be used for confirmation purposes and should be brought with you if you will be picking up tickets at the box office.  If you choose the option to have tickets mailed, then it can be used only as a confirmation.  Please note that each patron will be admitted with a THEATER ticket. 

4. WILL I RECEIVE AN ACTUAL THEATER TICKET?

Yes, all patrons will receive an actual ticket.  They will be mailed to you if you choose that option. Or they can be picked up at the box office with your confirmation E-ticket sent to  you by email. 

5. HOW CAN I PURCHASE MADAME BUTTERFLY TICKETS AS WELL?

JUST SCROLL DOWN IN THE "SELECT SECTION AND LOAD MAP" BLOCK (They are below the CARMEN selections) AND YOU WILL FIND TICKET SELECTION FOR MADAME BUTTERFLY AS WELL. 

6. WHY IS THE DONATION FIELD APPEARING IN THE "Order Your Tickets Here Page"?

This is of course optional. The $10 that is appearing will not be charged  in your checkout charge UNLESS you change the quantity from 0. (donations in increments of 10)

8. WHY AM I PAYING A SERVICE CHARGE?

There is a minor $2.50 per ticket service charge that covers a SMALL  PART of the credit card charges, postage and mailing, online ticketing service vending charges that our non-profit organization must take on.  As you might already know, ticket sales only cover less than 25% or our cost to bring this high level of Art to the shore. Your patronage is appreciated. 

9. WHY SHOULD I BUY ONLINE?

Simply, it's easy and it will ensure you the ability to select the seats that you want to sit in right from your computer.  Additionally, you receive confirmation of your order so there is no room for confusion and they will be mailed to your home so you do not have to wait at the box office.
